VanEck Files Form RW to Withdraw Lido Staked Ethereum ETF Registration with SEC

The VanEck Lido stETH ETF is officially dead. VanEck Digital Assets filed a Form RW with the SEC on October 14, 2026, formally withdrawing the registration statement for its proposed VanEck Lido stETH ETF. The firm cited Rule 477 of the Securities Act of 1933 and confirmed it no longer intends to proceed with the
