HSBC and Anchorpoint Financial gain first Hong Kong stablecoin issuer licenses

HSBC and Anchorpoint Financial have secured the first licenses to issue stablecoins in Hong Kong. Anchorpoint Financial is a joint venture involving Standard Chartered, Animoca Brands, and Hong Kong Telecommunications.
