Delphi Exec Says OpenAI and Anthropic Want a ‘Regulatory Moat’ Against China

Tommy Shaughnessy said on Uneasy Money that the two labs' call to slow AI down is a defense against cheap Chinese open-source models, and that he is working out whether to back them or the open-source camp depending on which party wins.
