Blockworks Asks SEC to Make Token Projects Disclose Market-Maker Deals and Promoter Payments

In a comment letter on Regulation Crypto Assets, Blockworks said it wants line items from its own disclosure framework written into the rules, plus a new kind of SEC-recognized filing agent.
