Anza Puts Solana’s Alpenglow Consensus Switch on the Mainnet Calendar for Oct. 21
The Solana developer says the move off TowerBFT will take place in a single slot and bring finality down to about 150 milliseconds, after Alpenglow ran on testnet and devnet last month.
